Our implementation process is a streamlined four-step approach—Discovery, Closing on a Plan, Implementation, and Deployment & Training—designed to ensure seamless execution and optimal outcomes for your organization.

Discovery

We'll set up a casual call with you to understand your business, the way you operate and most importantly: what are your pain points!

Close on a plan

After scoping your needs, we will measure the effort needed and assign a dedicated point of contact who will proceed with your project/ask. This phase will also define a solid ETA for completion.

Implementation

Deployment & Training

Thanks to our incremental delivery method, you can see the progress even after the first sprint. We use the scrum approach by pulse checking your satisfaction every step of the way, and adjusting the plan if needed.

Once changes or features are pushed to your production environment, we will provide the necessary training to end users and address any concern you have.
